Facilities Guide
Minoya consists of an 8 floor tower of guest rooms named ‘Yume-no-Yakata’ and a 7 floor banquet tower named ‘Hana-no-Yakata’. The tower of guest rooms has a lobby, tea lounge, karaoke room, izakaya (Japanese style pub and restaurant), floors with three kinds of guest rooms and bathing facilities. The banquet tower has various sized banquet facilities, a convention hall and an observatory restaurant.

Dining
We prepare banquet dishes making full use of ingredients from Niigata – the treasure trove of food. Our head chef skillfully prepares dishes using local ingredients such as fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan, beef and vegetables. Niigata is also home to many kinds of Japanese sake of the highest standard in all of Japan, and you can enjoy the taste of real sake here at Minoya.
